Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics 

At Rave and Roam, we understand that plans can change. Below are the terms of our refund policy for camping gear rentals and bookings:

 

Full Refund (14 Days or More Before Event/Reservation)

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your reservation 14 days or more before the scheduled event or reservation date. This applies to both reservations and shipments.

 

Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of the Event
You are eligible for a a 50% refund if you cancel your reservation 14 days or less before the scheduled event or reservation date. This applies to both reservations and shipments.

 

Cancellations Within 72 Hours of Reservation Date

For cancellations made up to 72 hours before the reservation date no refund will be issued. Unfortunately, this includes reservations made for both in-person events and gear shipments.

 

Process for Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at hello@raveandroam.com with your reservation details. We will process your cancellation based on the timing of your request.

Shipping Cancellations

If you are cancelling a gear rental that includes shipping, please ensure that your cancellation request is submitted in time to avoid any shipping charges. If your order has already been shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable, and the cancellation will be subject to the terms outlined above.

 

Exceptional Circumstance

In certain cases, such as in the event of an emergency or unavoidable situation, we may consider offering an exception to this refund policy. We're all only human. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.             

 

If you would like to cancel and have another person ready to take your spot and items, please message us and we can change the name on the booking reservation. Payment will be conducted between you and the person taking over your booking. We are not responsible if the person taking over your reservation does not follow through.
