Welcome to Rave and Roam! By accessing or using our website (www.raveandroam.com) and renting camping gear from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Rave and Roam ("we," "us," or "our") is a camping gear rental service that offers rental of various camping equipment through our website. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and the rental of any camping gear. By accessing our website, you agree to abide by these terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

Rental Period

The rental period begins when the camping gear is delivered to you or picked up from our location and ends when the gear is returned to us in accordance with the terms set forth in the rental agreement.

Rental Fees

By completing the rental process on our website, you agree to pay all rental fees associated with the selected camping gear. The rental fees are subject to change and will be specified on the website at the time of booking.

Security Deposit

A non refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking. This ensures we can replace the product at the rental marketplace value.

Pickup

We will send a location two days before the event where you can pick up your rental items.

Customer Responsibilities

Use of Gear

You agree to use the camping gear responsibly and in accordance with any manufacturer instructions. You must not misuse or damage the equipment. Any damage or loss of gear may result in additional charges.

Return of Equipment

You are responsible for returning the rented gear in the same condition as when it was delivered. If the equipment is damaged, lost, or returned late, additional fees will apply.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Using camping gear in any manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

- Renting gear for third parties or for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

- Damaging, altering, or attempting to modify the rented equipment.

Limitation of Liability

Rave and Roam is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental, excluding any additional fees for damage or loss.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
