At Rave and Roam, we strive to provide timely and reliable shipping for all your camping gear rentals. Please review the following shipping policies for a smooth experience:
Shipping availability
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Please note that certain remote or restricted areas may have additional shipping fees or delays.
Shipping Timeframes
All rental orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after the reservation is confirmed.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS. Standard shipping usually takes 3-4 days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items being shipped. You will see the shipping charges before confirming your reservation.
Shipping to Events
For reservations related to events, please ensure that you place your order with enough time to have the gear delivered before the event start date. We recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delays and Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, shipping carrier delays, etc.). In such cases, we will keep you updated and do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund if necessary.
Returns
As our camping gear is a rental service, we do not accept returns of rented items unless they are damaged or incorrect. Please ensure that you inspect your items immediately upon receiving them.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipping delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
