2 and half weeks til Yahn Dawn! UPDATE

Hi everyone!

First off, THANK YOU SO MUCH for looking at our website and considering renting camping gear from us!

Just a quick update - we are taking a day trip to Buena Vista tomorrow to pin down a location for pick ups. If you're coming without a car, by shuttle, PLEASE consider finding a friend with a car to be able to pick up and drop off your items.

It's best to place your orders now before we cut off before 6/24!

I've had a few questions about the event fee - what's up with it?

To be completely transparent, I was not comfortable being our first go at this, offering deposits or refunds once the items are returned. I live in Evergreen, which is 2 hours from BV. It's going to cost me to haul all these items up there plus staying around for the weekend (we aren't attending the show unfortunately)

It was either charge more per item, or have a basic fee for every order to cover some hidden fees. I think our prices are fair and reasonable for being at a festival for 3 days. The other options you have? Traveling with huge gear that cost to fly with. More gear means bigger rental car needed. Buying anything new cost $$$ and then unsure of what to do with it after the fact. We're here to bridge that gap for any and all music festival attendees.

We will be able to rent a few last minute items at our pick up location, if you already placed an order with us, you will not be charged again for an event fee.
